After the game I placed the templates carefully in the Necron Stasis Chambers (carrying case) along with my Necron army. A few days later I opened the bag to find that the Necrons had been busy converting the templates to Gauss weaponry.

I challenge you to paint your new Templates up to match your
forces and post the results!
Clever! I like how those turned out - definitely a cool idea!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
ReplyDeleteLarge and easy to handle, they were some of the easiest 40k items I've ever painted - I'd recommended it to all skill levels. You can add as much or as little detail as you like.
If you try it, make sure you wash them well before applying paint (lots of mold release).
That's a cool idea. I'm sure everybody thought I was goofy when I made my own Warmachine templates out of paper and laminating sheets, but they were FREE! Maybe I can dress up some of the old clear pie-plates I have laying around.
ReplyDeleteVery nice. I am not sure how I would paint mine.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea, never even thought of that. They look awesome, good job.
