I'm an English teacher. If I don't quote some poetry every now and then, they take away my membership card. We had planned to play the Iron Kingdoms RPG yesterday, but circumstances beyond our control forced us to change our plans.
Fortunately, Tau4Eva, Muggins and I all had our Warmachine stuff with us. We have a 50 point tournament coming up next weekend and they wanted to test their lists out for it. It was also an excuse for Adam and Mike to break out their new Colossals. I have to say, Adam's Hyperion looks AWESOME! Expect an article on how he put the LEDs in soon. (Ed's note: what about my Conquest? Gonna go drive my car into a tree now.)
I don't want to take anything away from Adam's win, but I totally f'd up that Old Witch game. I don't know why but I figured she'd be out of LOS of the two jacks. Total stupidity? Also if I had put her just a few inches over into the woods she would have been stealthed. Augh!!!

DeleteWhen I saw you left her exposed, I knew I had a shot since Rahn was going to pop his feat and arc some spells through the Phoenix as well. I just wasn't expecting the Phoenix to do all the damage first...
