Decision 2012

It's that time of year again!
Not that I don't have very strong feelings about November's elections, but I have a more pressing issue at hand;  what army do I use in the upcoming Warhammer 40K Campaign at Gamers Sanctuary?

With 6th edition blowing the doors off what we all thought we knew about our codexes, I honestly can't decide which I'd rather play; Eldar or Marines?  While I've been working fairly consistently on upgrading my Star Phantom collection, some recent Eldar purchases (one Wraithlord, a Forge World Spirit Seer, and another 5 Wraithguard) have made me want to give the Iyanden Spirit Host another go in a campaign.  Of course, my Caestus Assault Ram is just too sweet to keep on the bench for long.

I'll leave it up to you, faithful Fresh Coast readers;  Eldar or Marines?  Vote here on this post and on our You Tube channel, where I have also uploaded the latest Fresh Coast 40K batrep.

  1. I vote Eldar. My guess is marines are going to well represented as always. I'd like to improve my game too, so hopefully Chaos will be making an appearance in the campaign as well.

  2. Eldar - too many Space Marines already on the table...

  3. Eldar can't take powers from the Telekinesis chart, so you should not have been able to use GoI

  4. No Orks?

Marines - New flyers are too cool to not use!

  5. I think I'll be using my Tyranids. I'll miss the first week unfortunately.

  6. I'm always a fan of Eldar, however I sadly suspect they will be the worst of the codexes until their new book. FYI-the scorpions can no longer assault when they come in from reserve.

  7. Hadn't heard a peep about a new campaign at GS. Sounds like fun!
